This week, I heard the phrase, "serve with your heart" when watching the Experiencing the Power of Tao Healing Hands Program with David Lusch (see playlist below)

I remember just a week or two ago, another Master Teacher with the Tao Academy used it as well. This resonated with me then as well as I heard it again, I felt affected and reflected on the question, how can I serve with my heart more?
As I did my tao calligraphy tracing and meditation practice today, I was reminded of my intention to serve with my heart more and the message that if I continue to work on purifying my heart, this will naturally occur so I don't need to "think" so much about this. I was reminded that I just made a grilled cheese sandwich for my daughter just a few minutes before and was so happy and loved being able to cook for her. I didn't have to think, "oh, I am going to put my heart into this," I just did it, and loved doing it so my heart was naturally in my service!
